Sultan Barakat (Founding Director of the Doha Institute, Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies) will be our guest for the ninth annual Cultural Policy and Management Conferences organised Cultural Policy and Management Research Center (KPY). Professor Barakat will share with us his ideas and work on the new dynamics in the process of protection and improvement of the cultural heritage, which has been destroyed in different geographies of the world with the reason of armed conflicts in recent years.
