Call for Contributions to issue #10 with an extended deadline 31 July 2019!

This issue aims to consolidate the legacy of the 2018 ENCATC Annual Congress “Beyond EYCH2018. What is the cultural horizon? Opening up perspectives to face ongoing transformations” and provide on its theme material for education and lifelong learning on arts and cultural management and policy.
